Our online platform is accessible 24/7 for browsing and submitting device information. However, specific operating hours for customer support and in-person services are available on our website.

Applestore.NG primarily accepts Apple devices such as iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and Apple Watches.

Currently, Applestore.NG specializes in Apple products. We do not accept devices from other brands.

Devices are graded based on their conditions which include cosmetics, battery health and functionality.

Our grading system helps assess the condition of devices, providing transparency to our customers.

  • Flawless:
    • Description: Flawless condition with no scratches or cosmetic blemishes of any kind.
    • Additional Criteria: Battery health is above 80%.
  • Very Good:
    • Description: Light to moderate signs of wear or scratches consistent with normal use.
    • Additional Criteria: Battery health is above 80%.
  • Good:
    • Description: If it exhibits only one of the following issues: significant scratches or dents, battery health 80% or below, a cracked back, or if the battery has been replaced.
  • Fair:
    • Description: If the screen is cracked or replaced, or if it lacks Face ID. There might be deduction for battery health of 80% or below.
