1. Device Acquisition and Verification:
a. Applestore.Ng specializes in purchasing various Apple devices, including iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and Apple Watches.
b. Sellers must provide valid proof of ownership, which may include original purchase receipts, invoices, or other documentation. Applestore.Ng reserves the right to verify the authenticity of these documents and may require additional information or verification steps.
c. All devices purchased by Applestore.Ng are subjected to rigorous inspection and verification processes to ensure authenticity, functionality, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
d. For sellers without a receipt, a consent form must be signed, by clicking “I have legal right to sell this device to Applestore.NG” at the checkout page of the website.
2. Pricing and Payment:
a. The price offered for each device is determined based on factors such as model, condition, grade, storage size etc.
b. Sellers will be provided with a quote for their device(s) based on the information provided and the results of the inspection process.
c. Payment to the seller will be made promptly to the provided account details by the seller upon completion of the transaction, according to the agreed-upon method, which may include cash, bank transfer, or another agreed-upon payment option.
d. Sellers who choose to retain possession of their device(s) after receiving payment do so illegally and Applestore.Ng will take legal action against the offending party.
3. Price Changes Without Notice:
a. Applestore.Ng reserves the right to adjust the offered price for devices at any time without prior notice. Sellers acknowledge and agree that market conditions and other factors may influence the pricing of devices.
b. However, once a quote has been provided and agreed upon by both parties, the price for the device(s) will not be subject to change.
4. Protection of Field Agents:
a. Applestore.Ng shall take reasonable measures to ensure the safety and security of its field agents during device pick-up operations.
b. Sellers are required to cooperate with field agents during the pick-up process and provide access to the device(s) as agreed upon.
c. Any incidents of harassment, threats, or violence towards field agents will be reported to the appropriate authorities and Applestore.Ng reserves the right to terminate the transaction and take legal action against the offending party.
5. Legal Compliance:
a. Sellers must ensure that they have the legal right to sell the device(s) to Applestore.Ng and that the sale does not violate any laws or regulations, including but not limited to laws governing stolen property and export controls.
b. Applestore.Ng reserves the right to refuse to purchase any device(s) that are suspected to be stolen or obtained unlawfully.
6. Dispute Resolution:
a. Any disputes arising from the sale transaction shall be resolved amicably through negotiation between the parties.
b. In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].
7. Modification of Terms:
